Round-up: Op-eds & Opinions

NCA board members have collectively been hard at work not only supporting New College students and alumni but also amplifying key issues affecting the broader community through op-eds and letters to the editors. These pieces are often workshopped by the board collectively, and highlight the pressing challenges facing New College of Florida while advocating for the values we all hold dear—equity, academic freedom, and intellectual curiosity.

These articles offer a glimpse into the commitments that drive the board’s work and our ongoing efforts to champion the New College community during these tumultuous times. We invite you to read this collection and join the conversation by sharing the pieces or voicing your own perspective.

Together, we continue to advocate for the values that have always made New College unique.
